By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to request media services for the property and agree to the following:
Payment: Due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations/Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Turnaround: Standard delivery is 12-24 hours after the shoot. Larger properties or add-ons may require additional time.
Property Readiness: The property should be photo-ready at the scheduled time. Additional time requested on-site may be billed.
Weather/Drone: Drone services are weather and airspace dependent and may be rescheduled or substituted if conditions are unsafe or restricted.
Usage: Delivered media is licensed for marketing the specified property by the ordering agent/brokerage. Redistribution, resale, or use by third parties requires written permission.
Revisions: Basic color/exposure corrections are included. Requests that require extensive editing may be billed.
